These HD 'King Pin' style joints replace the original sliding-ball design upper joints on late-model 4500 and 5500 Dodge trucks and rebadged Sterling Bullets. They provide independent adjustment up to 1.0 degree of camber change. Note: 23850 is an OEM Replacement Ball Joint with no change in camber.
